Very clean and quiet! The continental breakfast wasn't very good
Rooms are decent but the check in process is terrible. It took 55 minutes for him to figure out to run his own system. That's after he called a 1-800 number for help
Let me start off by stating that I had stayed here once prior and really enjoyed the stay! So, I feel horrible about having to leave this review. But I feel that people should have all the facts provided to them before they make a decision.
The room look decent however The bed sheets and pillows sheets was not change and the bathroom was not clean. They just made up the bed. Horrible!!! Front desk was nice!
We always stay at Marriotts but the one close to here was booked. We had to come last minute so found this one due to being next door to ball field where we had to be. Service was with a smile and very quick. Room was very clean and orderly. He didn't have 2 beds left but upgraded us to jacuzzi sweet for no extra charge. Was very pleased and will stay here from now on as it was half the price without losing anything the Marriott offers!
During my second stay, not even a week later, the same staff recognized me, greeted me in a welcoming manner and assigned me room #110, a few doors down from the room I had stayed in before. Everything had been great so far. Clean room, quiet space, comfortable bed. Until the next morning, when I woke up to itchy bites to both arms, hands, shoulders, and back. I even saw a bedbug crawling in the bed, next to me against the white sheets. And because of this, I definitley won't be coming back and I advise that you stay away, unless you aren't bothered by obnoxiously, itchy, painful welts for 1-2 weeks.
