Traveling thru Lafayette La, I stopped at this Krystal's to satisfy my craving for the burgers. The Restaurant served SOGGY burgers. Sickening. When I brought it to their attention, they only offered more SOGGY burgers. Indicating that's how they warmed the burgers, to steam them. I no longer can eat Krystal's I got sooooooo sick. Poor food, POOR customer relations, I've enjoyed Krystal's for years, it's surprising how this one restaurant could turn me off to them
Food and service are excellent. We are happy and lucky to now have Krystals in Breaux Bridge.
Burgers were really good, staff was really friendly. Just thankful there's finally one in the area!
I dined in for the first time on June 22nd, 2016. I ordered the #1 which is 4 krystal burgers ( beef sliders with mustard pickle and onions) with fries and a drink. The manager, not sure if the GM but a manager, Cory, was very friendly. He dropped a fresh order of fries for me and walked out my meal personally to me and the burgers were delicious and the meal was filling. Cory was really friendly and helpful. After i thanked him while eating he gave me a couple BOGO coupons. I will definitely be back, possibly for breakfast. I say it is worth a try. You may not have the same experience as I did but if it is anything close, you will enjoy your meal and leave satisfied.
