I began my journey with CFBB in September 2013, shortly before turning 52 years old. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made and the most rewarding. CrossFit, in general is amazing, but CrossFit Breaux Bridge is a special place with exceptional coaches and awesome members. I love my CFBB family ❤
Been going to CFBB on and off for a few years. Coaches are very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. My favorite part is you just have to show up, do what they say and it works! No more wondering what you should do at the gym today. Highly recommend!
Crossfit Breaux Bridge is so welcoming and friendly to any and all comers. Crossfit is one of the most productive ways to spend an hour working out, and you pretty much get a personal trainer EVERYDAY you go to Crossfit Breaux Bridge. I have been going there for about two years and have amazed myself in what I have accomplished and look forward to so much more on the hard-work horizon. I love it. I love it. I love it.

Let me put it to you in simple words. Not only is this place a gym its a community. If you want a place to just workout then this place can provide that for you but what it does a better job at is not only providing you a place to work out but invites you to join a community of people whose solo purpose is to make themselves and the one around them better.
