The absolute WORST car rental experience I have ever had. I called to make sure my vehicle (minivan) was ready for our scheduled 1:00 pick up and the same person who took my reservation ten days earlier suddenly had no idea who I was or what I wanted. 3 hours and seven phone calls later - he bumped me up to what was supposed to be a large SUV (larger than the Sienna) and turned out to be a dodge journey - compact hatch back with a jump seat!! I had no choice but to take it to the auto body shop to drop off my son's wrecked truck and meat the repair appointment. The ride to repair shop confirmed this dirty, on empty Dodge Journey would NOT suit any of my needs, so I called Enterprise back and complained, "you lost my reservation so you need to find me something that will suit my needs" He was unable to so I brought the vehicle back - door was locked, no drop box and 6 phone calls later I'm instructed that I will need to drive to another town to give them their vehicle back. I refuse and tell them I will leave the car there with the keys in the glove box - they tell me I will be liable for anything that happens. Every option is unacceptable and 7 hours of PURE ENTERPRISE HELL frustration is now approaching hour 8. Not one enterprise representative on the planet gives a damn, not one can help.
